About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Heavy Equipment division’s digital systems team in Cairo. You’ll help build and maintain the internal tools that keep our trading, logistics, and equipment-tracking operations running smoothly, working closely with operations and sales teams to translate real business needs into working software.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and integrations
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to gather requirements
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to technical documentation and system architecture decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong command of at least one modern backend language (PHP, Node.js, or Python)
- Familiarity with relational databases and REST APIs
- Comfortable working in a small team with direct business stakeholder contact
- Good spoken and written English and Arabic
